    Lontong racing is a food that contains rice cake, bean sprouts, and fried tofu with the addition of fish to the gravy pastes. Typical of these is the addition of racing lontong fish pastes. Fish pastes are widely used for foods typical of East Java, for example cingur salad and chili fries. Food is usually served with a partner, that some shells skewers.

    Ingredients sauce:
    • 2 handfuls of bean sprouts

    How to make:

  • Complement:

    Presentation:

    2. Put the rice cake, tofu, bean sprouts and vegetables in it.
    3. Sprinkle with fried onions. Ready to eat.
