Courtship According to Islamic Law

Posted on 10:22 by Unknown
Courtship According to Islamic Law - people going "Do ye approach adultery, because adultery was a heinous act ..." (Surat al-Isra: 32).
The term courtship by young people today do not exist in Islam. That there is nothing in Islam called "Khitbah" or the fiance. This engagement period is the period introductions, so if for example after khitbah broken, it will not have effect as if after the marriage broke up. During the engagement the two should meet and talk in a safe place, that there is a third person though not too close to their seat.
When viewed from the Islamic law, the court committed by children today are illegitimate. Why is haram?
Because courtship that will lead to adultery where adultery is a sin is great, and the deed was hated by God. Therefore, the verse reads as quoted at the beginning of this paper. The verse does not say not to commit adultery, but do not approach adultery, why is that? Because usually people who committed adultery was not directly, but through stages such as: looking at each other, meet, flirt then just commit adultery are cursed.
PREVENTION
Islamic law generally, when something is forbidden, everything related to the forbidden is forbidden as well. For example, drink wine, not drinking is forbidden, but also produce it, sell it, who bought it, who sat with people who drink are also forbidden.
Similarly, the issue of adultery. Therefore, the Islamic law provides guidance to the prevention of fornication, because Allah knows about human weakness.
Here is a precaution so that we do not fall into adultery:
1. Prohibited men and women who are not mahram for both-be a pair. Prophet said: "If the men and women who are not mahram both-be a pair, then the third is the devil." Satan also told the Prophet Musa that when men and women both-be a pair and I will be a second messenger to tempt them . This includes also brother-in-law or sister-in-law.2. Must keep an eye or vision, because that's the key eye care. And that view slander senders often lead to fornication. Therefore, Allah says: "Say to the believing men let them turn away their eyes (from the unlawful) and keep their honor and say unto the woman let them dim their eyes from the unclean and maintain their honor (An-Nur: 30 -31).3. Compulsory for women to keep their private parts, and they are forbidden to wear clothes that show the shape of his body, except for her husband. In the hadith says that women who leave the house with a dress showing her body shape, wearing perfume smells fragrant, put on make up and so on, every move condemned by the angels, and every man who looked similar to fornicate with her. On the Day of Resurrection women as it will not smell heaven (let alone go to heaven).4. With the threat to a relationship or commit adultery. For example, the Prophet said: "better hold the hot iron rather than holding or touching a woman not his wife (if he knows will weigh torment). In another hadith: "Whoever drinks (liquor) or adultery, Allah will remove his faith in his heart, like someone releasing cap from his head (meaning that it is adultery died when adultery, he did not get converted again, then she died as unbelievers will be eternally in hell).
Hence Shaykh Sharwi illustrate: suppose there is a beautiful woman who is almost naked in a room, then offered to a young ... "Would you like me kasihkan woman for you all night, but tomorrow morning I will enter you into the next room, full of fire, is probably the young man would want to enjoy a woman's body all night then boiled the next day in a fire?
So when we are tempted to commit adultery or drinking, just imagine if we had died when it was, what will happen to us? There is no greater sin after polytheism to Allah instead of dripping semen in a place (honor) is not lawful for him. Hell has "seven gates" (Surat al-Hijr: 44), and the gate hot, powerful, sinister, vile, and the smell is intended for people who like adultery after she found out that adultery is forbidden.
As a Muslim we believe that everything that is forbidden by God, must have a negative impact on society. We'll see in the United States, how the result due to the so-called free sex, diseases arise. Many displaced children, children who do not know him, so that complications arise in the soul, and so on. Therefore, the solution to the youth who are not strongly held are:
1. Married, in order to keep your eyes and honor.2. If not ready for marriage, many are fasting and exercise3. Keep your eyes and ears from anything that would arouse lust4. Put yourself to God, a lot of reading the Qur'an and pondering its meaning. Lots of chanting, reading prayers, prayers in congregation in the mosque, attending lectures-recitals and make friends with people who are righteous who will always remind us to the straight path.5. And remember that God has promised to the young man who patiently bear dating and adultery are the angels, that if one of them showed his face to the natural world, every man would have fainted looking at her beauty. Try to imagine just who you think is the most beautiful woman in this world, then surely the angel who knows how many million times more beautiful than a woman you can imagine it.
